Finance that turns numbers into decisions.
I am a finance and business transformation executive with over twenty years in retail and wholesale, from controlling and CFO-level responsibility to building pricing, analytics and customer intelligence capabilities.

I build capabilities that help organizations make better decisions.
For me, finance isn't just about numbers and measurement. It is about turning numbers into action, supporting decisions and being directly involved in steering the business.
My work sits where finance, commercial strategy and advanced analytics meet: customer profitability, revenue management and pricing, cash flow and working capital, and the operating models that make these capabilities last.
Most of my career has been in transformation: a corporate separation and ERP replacement, building a revenue management and pricing function from the ground up, establishing customer-driven marketing and advanced analytics, and repositioning controlling from reporting toward decision-centric business partnership.

How I work
Decision-centric
Finance earns its seat by improving decisions, not by reporting them.
Data over opinions
Facts and assumptions on the table, so trade-offs can be discussed openly.
Courage to challenge
Respectfully questioning averages, assumptions and the way things have always been done.
Capability building
The test of a transformation is what keeps working after the project ends.
People first
Trust, clear communication and ownership across every level of the team.
Continuous learning
Experimenting, measuring and improving, in analytics and in leadership.
“The measure of a transformation is not the projects delivered, but the capabilities left behind.”
